● Application form
If it's your first time to enroll, you have to do it through our website (www.evenglish.com).

■ 신청서 작성
신규등록의 경우EV어학원 홈페이지(http://www.evenglish.com)에서 에이전시 가입을 완료합니다.
학생이 입학금을 납입하면(등록 취소 시에도 환불이 불가능합니다), EV홈페이지상 등록신청서를 작성합니다.

● Confirmation of Enrollment
If you are done with the Enrollment, You can check the Invoice or Admission from EV through our Website LOGIN page.

■ 등록 확인
신청서 작성이 완료되면, EV에서 발행한 입학허가서 또는 인보이스를 홈페이지의 에이전시 로그인후 확인이 가능합니다.
확인한 학생 입학서류는 학생에게 전달해주시길 바랍니다.

● Due date for payment
You have to pay the amount that you receive from the Invoice of EV at least 4 weeks before your departure to the Philippines (Begin on class).

■ 비용 납부 기한
EV에서 발행한 인보이스 상의 모든 비용은 적어도 필리핀으로 출국일(또는 개강일) 4주 전 까지는 완납하여야 합니다. 출국일(또는 개강일)로부터 3주 전에 신청하는 경우에는 출국 전일까지 연수비용을 납부하여야 합니다. 출국 당일까지 입금이 진행되지 않을 경우에는 등록이 자동 취소될 수 있습니다.

● Confirmation of Admission
The Enrollment is finished when you are done with the payment of EV invoice.

■ 입학 확인
EV에서 발행한 인보이스 상의 모든 비용을 완납하시면 입학절차는 완료됩니다.

● International student insurance
We recommend to have an International student insurance before departure to the Philippines. You can ask the insurance company. 

■ 유학생 보험
EV에서는 학생들이 필리핀으로 출국하기 전에 유학생보험에 가입할 것을 적극 추천합니다. 취급 보험회사에 문의하시어 반드시 출국 전 가입하시기 바랍니다.

● Healthy conditions
You have to write down on The Comment on Application form if you have physical disability, have  allergy and a disease. Both physical and psychological. We offer to go back to their country who has a worse Health condition. After doing that, we should refund according to our refund regulation.  

■ 건강 상태
모든 질병, 알레르기, 지체장애 등에 관한 내용은 등록신청서 상의 “덧붙이는 말”에 반드시 기재하여야 합니다. 학생들은 신체적, 정신적으로 건강한 상태여야 합니다. 건강상태의 변화로 인해 코스를 끝마치기 어렵다고 판단되는 경우 EV어학원에 의해 귀국조치 될 수 있습니다. 귀국조치 시 환불규정에 따라 환불 금액이 결정됩니다. 

● Additional service
The expense of additional service (Apply of Passport, Travel, ocular education, telephone charges, medical expenses, expence of visa extention, Expense of Exam)  is not our Payment so it's not written in the EV invoice.

■ 부가 서비스
기타 부가서비스에 대한 비용(여권신청, 여행, 견학, 전화료, 의료비, 비자연장비, 시험 응시료 등)은 EV어학원에서 발행한 인보이스에 별도로 명시되어 포함되지 않은 한 연수비용에 포함되지 않습니다.


[Regulation of Refund]
[ 환불규정 ]

● Acceptance of application fee
Acceptance of application fee(100us dollars) is not refundable.

■ 입학신청비
어떠한 경우에도 입학 신청비(10만원)는 환불되지 않습니다.

● Late arrival, absence
EV does not refund to any period in which students come late and missed. And also for any missing period, ev does not provide any extra class. 

■ 늦은 도착, 결석
사전에 통보된 도착일 보다 늦게 도착하여 놓친 기간 또는 결석에 대한 환불은 불가합니다. 결석기간은 보충수업을 통해 보상되지 않습니다. 

● In written notice
Expelled students should submit the refund application to EV office in writing. Refunded tuition and dormitory fee will be calculated according to EV refund regulation. 

■ 서면통보
환불신청 또는 제적된 학생은 반드시 환불요청서를 서면으로 작성하여 제출해야 합니다. 환불금액은 취소 및 중단 환불규정에 근거하여 산출됩니다. 

● Refund processing
Refund will be done through agency within 21 days after the refund application is checked.

■ 환불처리
환불은 비용을 지불한 에이전시를 통해 서면 확인 후 21일 이내에 이루어집니다.

● Cancellation refund regulation 
'Cancellation' means that students have not yet arrived at EV.
Admission fee (100 US Dollars) under any circumstance is not refundable.

1. Cancellation of course before 2 weeks: If a student decide to get a refund before 2 weeks, 100% of tuition and dormitory fee will be refunded except for admission fee within 2 weeks upon request.
2. Cancellation of course before 13 days or 1 day: If you demand cancellation within this period you can receive 90% fee but acceptance of application fee (100 US Dollars) is not refundable.

■ 취소 환불규정
“취소”란 EV어학원에 도착하기 이전에 취소한 경우를 지칭합니다. 
입학 신청비(10만원)는 어떠한 경우에도 환불되지 않습니다. 

1. 코스 시작 최소 14일 이전 취소 : 코스 시작 최소 14일 이전 환불 요청 시 입학금 10만원을 제외한 수업료와 기숙사비는 요청 후 2주일 이내에 전액 환불됩니다. 
2. 코스 시작 13일 ~ 1일 전 취소 : 코스 시작 13일~1일전 환불 요청 시 입학금을 제외한 입금액의 90%가 환불됩니다. 

● Suspension refund regulation

'Suspension' is after the arrival in EV or all period or some period that you suspend studying. But if a student already attended a class for 1 day our academy will consider this as 1 week period. We will check the week term to make a decision 

1. Refund of course within 28 days in EV: If students demand cancellation within 28 days of studying in EV. Students will receive a 50% refund. EV academy will consider the remaining class fee and dormitory fee.
2. Refund of course after 4 weeks in EV: If students demand cancellation after 28 days in EV. Students will receive a 25% refund. EV Academy will consider the remaining class fee and dormitory fee. Also, You can refund 25% of Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee if you inform us 2 weeks ahead of time through written documents. Otherwise you will not get a refund and we shouldn't refund below 4 weeks regardless of notification and under any circumstances. 
But you can refund 50% of Tuition Fee and Dormitory Fee in case you get sick or accident of relatives and sickness (Submit Doctor's Certification)

■ 중단 환불규정
“중단”이란 EV어학원에 도착한 이후 전기간 또는 일부 기간의 수강을 중지하는 경우를 지칭합니다. 단 하루라도 수강한 주는 그 주 전부를 수강한 것으로 간주하여 몇 주를 수강했는지 결정됩니다.

1. 코스 시작일 ~ 4주 이내 환불 요청 시 : 코스 시작 후 28일 이내에 환불 요청 시 주 단위로 계산하여 남은 수업료와 기숙사비의 50%가 환불됩니다.
2. 코스 시작 4주 이후 환불 요청 시 : 코스 시작 후 28일이 경과한 이후 환불 요청 시에는 주 단위로 계산하여 남은 수업료와 기숙사비의 25%가 환불됩니다. 또한, 환불하려는 코스 시작일의 최소 2주 전까지 학원측에 문서로 통보하여야 남은 수업료와 기숙사비의 25%가 환불됩니다. 그렇지 않은 경우에는 환불액이 없으며, 통보시점과 상관없이 어떠한 경우에도 4주 미만의 기간에 대해서는 환불되지 않습니다. 

단, 본인의 질병 혹은 직계 가족의 사고 또는 질병으로 취소가 불가피한 경우에는 통보 시점에 관계없이 잔여 수업료와 기숙사비의 50%까지 환불 받을 수 있습니다. (의사의 진단서 제출 요함) 


[Regulation of Class]
[ 수업관련규정 ]

● Decision of Level and Tutor
On your arrival day, you will have a Level Test and according to your score, you will get a Level and you can't change your level if there is no reason.

■ 레벨 및 강사결정
도착 후 실시되는 레벨테스트에 의해서 시작 단계와 강사가 정해지며 특별한 사유가 없는 한 변경되지 않습니다. 

● Supplementary Class and Absence
We have to have a Supplementary Class if the tutor is absent or have an early leave. But there is no Supplementary Class if the student is absent. So According to our REFUND regulation, The student is expelled if He/She is absent or reject the Test 3 times in a week. 

■ 결석 및 보충수업
강사의 결근이나 조퇴로 인한 공강은 보충수업이 실시되거나 대체 강사에 의해서 수업이 진행되나, 학생의 수업불참으로 인해 놓친 수업은 보충되지 않습니다. 또한, 3회 이상 수업불참 및 3회 이상 테스트 거부 시 환불규정에 의거 퇴실조치 됩니다. 

● Change of Tutor
You can change your tutor in case of labor dispute, resign, hospitalization, or conflict of their Student.

■ 강사 변경
강사의 노사분쟁, 퇴사, 조퇴, 입원 혹은 학생과의 마찰로 인하여 수업이 불가능 할 경우에는 다른 강사로 대체 될 수 있습니다. 

● Replace of native English
We can replace Native to ESL in case of labor dispute, resign, hospitalization, or conflict of their Student. And EV has a Duty to find a replacement Tutor.

■ 원어민 대체수업
원어민 강사의 노사분쟁이나 퇴사, 조퇴, 입원 또는 학생과의 마찰로 인하여 수업이 불가능할 경우에는 필리핀 강사로 대체될 수 있습니다. 
EV어학원은 조속히 대체강사를 고용할 의무를 지닙니다.

● Holiday 
The Class is from Monday to Friday, But there is no class on Philippine Holidays, you can't use our facilities on Holidays. Also there is no Supplementary Classes.  

■ 공휴일 및 국경일
수업은 월요일부터 금요일까지 주중에 실시되는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 공휴일과 필리핀 국경일 및 지정 휴일에는 수업이 없으며 일부 학원시설(예: 강의실 등)을 이용하실 수 없습니다. 또한, 공휴일에 대한 보상은 없습니다. 

● Change of Programs
After Notification, We have a authorization to can change our Program.

■ 프로그램 변경
EV어학원은 운영중인 프로그램에 대해 사전 통보 후 변경할 수 있는 권한을 가집니다. 


[Dormitory regulation]
[ 기숙사 이용 규정 ]

Dormitory fee includes 3 meals, cleaning, water, laundry from Monday to Sunday. But, soap, toothpaste, shampoo and toilet papers are on personal expense.
 
EV management is not responsible for any lost items which student did not deposit at EV office. EV management asks you to keep personal belongings safe at all times.

No one can cook inside the dormitory and keep the any flammable items such as candles and portable burners.

No one can drink and keep alcohol at EV premises ,if caught, warning will be given. Twice warnings given for alcohol, students will be expelled. Also, After drinking alcohol, interrupting and picking a fight and violating others, the accused will be expelled without warning and follow the refund regulation.

From Monday to Sunday, no one can go out. If there is a inevitable situation, olny persons with a permit from EV off can go out within limited times. Students can go out Only those times; from 7pm to 12 midnight on Friday, 5am to midnight on Saturday, 5am to 8pm on Sunday. Breaking the curfew times twice, students will be expelled and follow the refund regulation. Please, cooperate EV regulation.

Visitors only can come to EV from 9am to 5pm only weekend. But visitors should identify themselves to EV office before visiting the school. 

Visitors can not enter dormitory and classroom, so they can stay only at rest lounge. (Only parents possible to enter)

EV strictly prohibits the opposite sex to sleep and stay at the same room. Doing this without a consent from the office, if caught, those students will be expelled. Students should keep silent for others at the dormitory from 10pm to 6am during weekdays. Losing key or ID card, EV imposes student to pay 300 pesos for reissue. Since EV has its own penalty regulation, if the accumulated penalty exceeds a certain standard, students will be expelled. 


기숙사비에는 등록기간만큼의 기숙사 시설 이용과 하루 3식의 식사(월~일) 청소 및 세탁서비스, 수도세와 세제비가 포함되어 있습니다. 

단, 비누, 치약, 칫솔, 샴푸, 휴지 등 개인 소모품은 본인이 부담하여야 합니다. 

학원 관리자에게 별도로 보관신청을 하지 않은 개인 물품의 분실이나 도난 시, 학원에 그 책임을 물을 수 없으므로 귀중품 관리에 주의를 당부 드립니다. 

화재 예방을 위하여 기숙사 방안에서는 취사가 금지되어 있으며 화재의 원인이 되는 휴대용 가스버너나 양초 등의 사용을 금지합니다. 

기숙사와 학원 건물 내에서의 음주는 금지되며, 음주반입이나 음주 시 적발되면 경고가 주어지며, 경고를 2번 받게 되면 퇴실조치 됩니다. 또한, 음주 후 타인에게 시비, 학업방해, 고성방가 등 다른 학생에게 피해를 줄 때에는 경고 없이 퇴실조치 되며, 퇴실은 환불규정을 따릅니다. 

월~목요일은 외출이 금지되며 불가피한 외출의 경우에는, 반드시 학원에 미리 허가를 받은 다음 지정된 시간에 한해 외출이 가능합니다. 금요일 오후 학원에서 지정된 시각 이후부터 외출이 가능합니다. 금요일 오후 학원에서 지정된 시각 이후부터 새벽 1시까지, 토요일에는 새벽 1시까지, 일요일에는 오후 8시까지 기숙사에 입실 완료하여야 하며, 2번 이상의 입실 미확인 시는 퇴실조치 되며, 환불규정의 의거 환불이 되므로, 적극 협조를 부탁 드립니다. 

손님 방문 시간은 주말 오전 9:00~오후 5:00까지며, 반드시 학원측으로 미리 방문자의 신원을 알려야 방문이 가능합니다.
기숙사방과 학원 강의실에는 손님이 입장할 수 없으므로 휴게실을 이용하여야 합니다. (단, 부모님은 가능합니다)

기숙사에서 혼숙은 엄격히 규제됩니다. 
사전 허가 없이 이성의 방을 출입 시 적발되면 퇴실조치 될 수 있습니다. 

다른 학생들을 위하여 기숙사 내에서 오후 22:00부터 다음날 오전 6:00까지는 절대 정숙하여 주십시오.

기숙사 방의 열쇠 혹은 에어컨 파워카드를 분실하였을 경우에는 300페소의 재발급 비용이 부과됩니다. 

EV에서는 자체 벌점규정을 가지고 있으며, 벌점규정에 따라 부과된 벌점이 일정 기준을 초과할 시 퇴실조치 될 수 있습니다. 


[Responsibility and Limitation of EV]
[EV의 책임과 한계]

EV disclaim all the responsibility for some personal problems except for occurring some accidents when you use incidental facilities such as classroom, dormitory and cafeteria in connection with contracted class and loading and boarding. 

EV and representative don't take any responsibility. If EV couldn't offer the service in contract because of some inevitable reasons (internal strife in the Philippines, cancellation or delay of airplane, etc.).
 
Also, we don't take any responsibility about behaviors that EV don't allow in writing or about loss, damage and destruction of lives or property which happening after leaving EV.


EV어학원은 계약된 수업과 숙식 관련 부분 즉 강의실 및 기숙사 식당 등 제 부대시설 이용 시 발생하는 안전 및 기타사고에 대한 책임 이외의 어떤 개인적인 문제에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

필리핀 내 분쟁이나 항공의 지연, 취소 또는 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 EV어학원이 계약된 서비스를 제공하지 못할 경우, EV와 그 대리인은 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 

EV어학원의 서면 허가를 받지 않고 이루어진 범위의 행동 또는 EV어학원 퇴실 이후에 발생하는 어떠한 인명이나 재산상의 손실, 손해, 파괴, 피해 등에 대해서도 EV어학원과 그 대리인, 또는 그 운영자가 책임지지 않습니다. 


[Extra regulations]
[기타규정]

Airport pick-up means service that take you from Cebu Mactan airport to dormitory of EV. When you arrive at the Philippines, airport pick-up is advanced as One-way service except for special cases. And It's based on a principle to pick-up from Mactan airport.
 
When you extend your course, you have to consult with a manager before 1 week. If not so, it's possible to change existing instructor or class. If you payment extention expenses completely until the deadline showed from EV invoice or before starting 4 weeks, it's possible to extend.
 
EV can change their programs, training expenses and managerial regulations, and so on.


공항픽업이란 필리핀 세부 막탄 공항에서 기숙사까지 편안하게 모셔다 드리는 서비스입니다.
공항픽업은 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 필리핀 도착 시에만 ONE-WAY 서비스로 진행되며, 
막탄 공항에서의 픽업을 원칙으로 합니다.

코스 연장 시 일주일 이전에 담당자와 상담을 하셔야 하며, 그러지 않을 경우 기존의 강사 또는 수업이 바뀔 수가 있습니다. 연장비용은 연장코스 시작 4주 전 혹은 EV에서 인보이스상 명시한 입금시한까지 납부 완료하셔야 연장이 가능합니다. 

EV는 프로그램과 연수비용 및 운영규정 등을 변경할 수 있습니다.
